Kim is good people. She treats your home like it is her own. Kim goes above and beyond her job description to sell your house...... When our first deal fell through it became Kim's top priority to get another buyer as quick as possible, because we had our new home purchase contingent on the sale...
She was very helpful in explaining unfamiliar contract terms and bank requirements to a novice buyer such as me. I would recommend her services without reservation to any prospective seller/buyer.

Kim managed to work around our holiday schedule (as well as those of the prespective sellers) to allow us to see well over a dozen properties in the week leading up to Christmas and before New Years. She willingly gave up her own Holiday time to make sure we could look at several homes a second time....... Kim arranged all the neogotiations via email so that final documents only had to be sent overseas and back once to finalize the deal.... We have no reservations in reccomending Kim's services to anyone who may be thinking of relocation a long distance. She understood out 'special' needs and attempted to cater to them as well as could possibly be expected.
